Terms of service This is an Agreement between You, the Choir Member, and Local Vocals Choir Ltd. By following the joining process at our Website to become a Local Vocal/Subscriber you are accepting the terms and conditions in this Subscription Agreement. You should only join if you are willing to accept them. Subscription This Subscription Agreement commences once you have accepted the terms during the online joining process. By accepting these terms you are agreeing to pay any applicable fees which are shown at the start of the joining process and again before confirming your payment instruction. By becoming a Local Vocal, you consent to receiving communications relating to your subscription, local events and performance opportunities. You are entitled to access and use resources defined by your Subscription strictly for your own personal use and only provided your fees are up to date. Local Vocals rehearsals run in term time only for 10 weeks over 3 academic terms a year. If rehearsals are cancelled due to illness or acts of God then Local Vocals will make best endeavours to provide alternative rehearsal time over the next two terms. No refunds will be given in these circumstances. Local Vocals will always endeavour to give as much notice as possible to members for any changes made to regular scheduled rehearsals. Subscription costs may vary each academic year and Subscribers will be notified of any change in advance. By joining you agree that you are not breaching any legal obligations or conditions imposed on you by a court of law. By joining, it is agreed that photographic, motion picture, electronic (video) images and sound and video recordings may be taken of all the members and used for advertising and marketing purposes in relation to Local Vocals. You may interrupt your Subscription for any period for exceptional reasons (to be agreed with Local Vocals.) Membership fees are £112 per term. You are signing up to a monthly payment plan that divides the annual membership fee (£336) over 12 months, amounting to £28 per month. Your first £28 is charged immediately and payments will continue until cancelled. Payments will be taken on the same date as today each month thereafter. Members are free to cancel their subscription at any time with 30 days notice. Any payments due within the 30 days will need to be paid.
