100 Voices for 100 Years at Blackburn Cathedral

We’re delighted to have been invited to perform as part of 100 Voices for 100 Years, a special concert celebrating the centenary of Blackburn Cathedral.

We’ll be joined by special guest performers from New Road Music Studios for an evening of live music in the Cathedral, raising money for both Blackburn Cathedral and East Lancashire Hospice. It’s a fantastic opportunity to sing in such a beautiful venue while supporting two organisations that do so much for our local community.

We’d love as many of you as possible to be part of this special evening, however places are limited to approximately 150 Local Vocals singers and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. To help us achieve a balanced choir sound, there will also be a limited number of Alto, Bass and Soprano places available, so once a section is full, further sign-ups for that part may not be possible.

More details, including the song choices, evening schedule and performance attire, will be announced closer to the event.

Tickets will be on sale to the public, with an audience of around 650 people expected. Local Vocals will perform for approximately 45 minutes as part of the evening’s programme.
