Galloways Charity Ball @ Ribby Hall

Venue details and parking:                              The Woodland Suite has it's own car park around the back of the low, cream-coloured building on your right hand side when you drive in through Ribby Hall gates. Ribby Hall will make sure it is well signposted.

Choir can only enter the Woodland Suite (to stand behind the partition wall) once the guests are sitting down at 7.15pm.

The choir can leave coats and bags in that room. The partition wall will be opened to reveal the choir behind it, and then the choir will walk through the seated guests during the intro 'ah' section of Together In Electric Dreams to stand in formation on the stage, facing the seated guests. Sing the rest of the songs from there.

Uniform:  black trousers/bottom half, LV t-shirt (or plain black t-shirt if you don't have one)

Gig etiquette:  1.) On arrival, please group in your voice parts and wait for instructions on lining up  2.) Once we have lined up and are ready to start, please refrain from talking for the duration of the performance, unless directed otherwise  3.) Please do not use your phone or lyric sheets during performances             4.) Tthose on the front row need to know all of the words and remember to smile! Mixing up the front row should be encouraged  5.) If you don't have LV uniform, please wear a plain black top                          6.) Smile and enjoy performing as a community!!
