Live recording experience with our full community @ Blackburn cathedral!

Venue details and parking:                              In town parking nearby

Uniform:  black trousers/bottom half, LV t-shirt (or plain black t-shirt if you don't have one)

   This is your chance to be part of something truly special! Join our full Local Vocals community — all 800 voices are invited — for an unforgettable morning of singing, celebration, and connection inside the stunning Blackburn Cathedral. 
   

   We’ll be recording all four of this term’s songs live & you’ll perform alongside live music and be conducted by our amazing choir leaders.

   
   
   
   

   The finished recordings will be shared online to raise funds for Lancashire Mind, supporting better mental health across our community. 

   Let’s fill the cathedral with harmony, joy, and purpose — and show the world what Local Vocals can do together!                

Gig etiquette:  1.) On arrival, please group in your voice parts and wait for instructions on lining up  2.) Once we have lined up and are ready to start, please refrain from talking for the duration of the performance, unless directed otherwise  3.) Please do not use your phone or lyric sheets during performances             4.) Tthose on the front row need to know all of the words and remember to smile! Mixing up the front row should be encouraged  5.) If you don't have LV uniform, please wear a plain black top                          6.) Smile and enjoy performing as a community!!
